Since 2013 I have been teaching yoga to community from yoga studios to yoga in the park to private sessions.  I create a supportive, nurturing yoga session just for you that includes breath practice, hand mudras (energy intention), warm up, asanas (poses), cool down, and guided meditation.

​My Yoga Experience

One day many moons ago I stumbled upon a yoga video on a local television station.  My ears immediately popped up and I thought "Hmmm...this is interesting and what in the heck is yoga?"  I had never heard of it before that day.  After enduring years of consistent low back pain from my long distance running career and emotional trauma I decided to give it a try.  Something changed inside of me that day.  I started to notice the pain subside, my breath slow down, my body tingle from endorphin release.  This experience inspired my journey and deep, loving relationship with yoga.  Yoga has changed my life in the best way.  It's more than just movement, its a lifestyle.

$90 ~ 60 minutes

(I have a no tipping policy.  I feel my rates are a beautiful exchange for the service received.)

Calm your mind and bring awareness to the present with a guided meditation created just for you.  

Bring your body to a state of complete relaxation with yoga nidra, a deep yogic sleep, a state of consciousness
between waking and sleeping.


Himilayan Singing Bowls | $35 - 20 minutes | $45 - 30 minutes

The bowl is played over the body and used for deep relaxation, muscle rejuvenation, increases immunity, eases pain, improves circulation, and cleanses energy.  This occurs through the tone and vibration the bowl gives.
